Why are BNC adapters handy to have around ? The Pro A/V installer needs them for when a connection to devices require a BNC connector but the existing wiring is RCA or S-VHS, or for when you need right angle BNC adapters because there isn't enough wiggle room between the wall and device or devices. For highend home theater owners, you never know when you'll run into a device that requires a BNC input and all you have are RCA connections.
