IPA-SFP-10G23C1 - Overview

The Aurora IPA-SFP-10G23C1 SFP+ Transceiver is a bi-directional Single Channel SFP w/ LC connection and is meant to be used w/ the SDVoE Option Card that works in conjunction w/ the AuroraTPG-8K.

The TPG-SDVoE Option Card is an add-on module for theTPG-8K. It has the ability to simultaneous encode and decode via Fiber or Copper (RJ45).

The TPG-8K is the first 8K test pattern generator with analyzer to focus on AV over IP in addition to HDMI. AVoIP has quickly become the leading distribution for our industry which is why we built a device to properly test the image quality from end to end. The latency performance of the stream is just as important which is why we added the ability to measure end to end latency including the network switch latency. Along with HDMI, HDCP, and EDID analyzing assures an install or lab testing goes smooth and quickly. It is also rack mountable (optional) for use at a headend to send patterns or view content of the HDMI or SDVoE with optional expansion card

Please Note: This module is meant to be paired with the IPA-SFP-10G32C1 SFP. Simplex (single channel) bi-directional fiber optics require 2 separate wavelengths, in this case 1270nm and 1330nm. This way, a single fiber can transmit on one wavelength and receive on the other and therefore do not interfere with each other.
