To reduce overall tripod weight while still maintaining intended loading capacity at 331lbs (150kg) all locking knobs and leg castings are made of a high strength blend of polymers & fiberglass, resulting in a superior combination of loading capacity and operational comfort.
Six hard-anodized aluminum tubes with a diameter of 1" (2.5cm) and a thickness 1mm represent the perfect balance between rigidity and easy handling.
All Studio tripods are geared to mount an array of Cartoni accessories such as mid-level, ground spreaders, and dollies to operate in the widest variety of environments.
