The Miri X510CP1 care plan option upgrades your technical support during the first year of device ownership. You will receive responses to support tickets within 12 hours 24x7, support via phone or video conference. If a device needs to be repaired or replaced, an advanced replacement unit is shipped to your location and return label is provided. Care support is limited to the router hardware and excludes Speedify support or local area network support. Care packages must be purchased within the first 30 days of activation.
