The Panaray 802 Series IV Installed Sound-Reinforcement Loudspeaker from BOSE features a Full-Range-Driver Array, eliminating the need for tweeters and crossovers, providing unsurpassed reliability in harsh environments and vocal clarity. The Articulated Array design, with wide 120° x 100° coverage, can reduce the number of required loudspeakers, while the 52-Hz low- frequency range can reduce the need for subwoofers, providing a cost-effective solution for many installed sound-reinforcement applications. A rugged, lightweight enclosure with threaded inserts and the weather-rated design makes indoor or outdoor installation a breeze.
Using full-range drivers allows Bose Panaray loudspeakers to utilize unique driver array placement which provides wide, consistent horizontal coverage, with vertical coverage patterns that differ by model to meet the needs of different applications. The wide coverage of the Panaray 802 Series IV loudspeaker – 120° horizontal and 100° vertical - is one of the widest coverage patterns available, which can reduce the number of loudspeakers required to cover the listening area.
Panaray 802 Series IV loudspeakers require active equalization which can be implemented using Bose Professional PowerMatch amplifiers, Engineered Sound Processors, and SP-24 processors. Additional generic parametric EQ values are available to use with non-Bose amplifiers and DSP.
Suggested applications include: Auditoriums, Gymnasiums, Restaurants and Bars, Fitness clubs, Theme Parks and additional Outdoor Event Venues.
