The Milbank 16166-TC3R is designed for use as a telephone cabinet, panel enclosure, or junction box. For outdoor use, it provides protection against rain, sleet, or snow. The enclosure and cover are manufactured from G90 galvanized steel and the cover is mounted on galvanized lift-off hinges with stainless steel hinge pins, fastened with a padlockable draw latch.
