Belden 1309A is a CM rated, Direct Burial, High Conductivity, 2 Conductor, Flexible Speaker Cable. It's built with 14 AWG (105 x 34) Oxygen-Free Bare Copper with PE Insulation in a PVC Jacket. Belden's Direct Burial Speaker Cable is built with with ultra-high purity (99.995%) Copper, sometimes described as "oxygen-free" copper (OFC).
CM rated means it's "Communications Multipurpose" cable, which indicates that the cable is suitable for in-wall installation.
