This media converter uses a dedicated intelligent fiber transceiver chip, which consumes little power and works stably and reliably. It is used to connect 10/100Mbps Ethernet network to remote network segments via fiber backbone, and is designed to provide a durable and convenient Ethernet to fiber solution. For added versatility, this fiber media converter supports standalone operation or installation into a 2U 14 slot rack-mount chassis.
