• Features:

  • Remote Gimbal Control: The APC-R Mini connects to and draws power directly from the RSA accessory port of your DJI RS2, RS3 Pro, RS4, or RS4 Pro gimbal. You can connect it to your network using LAN Ethernet (recommended) or Wi-Fi. Using the Middle Control software, you can control up to 8 DJI gimbals remotely from a single laptop, using the Middle Remote or a USB gaming controller and over long distance Ethernet, just as a regular PTZ camera.
  • Remote Camera Control: If you use supported Blackmagic Design cameras you can also remotely control Shutter/Iris/WB/Gain/Focus in addition to the Pan/Tilt/Roll/Speed or Zoom motor of the gimbal. And if you also have an ATEM switcher, you can connect our Middle Control desktop software to the ATEM to control more advanced camera settings such as Luma / Gamma / Lift / Contrast / Saturation and Sharpening. The APC-R Mini and Middle Control are designed to blend seamlessly in your live production environment.
  • Multiple Control Options: Mounting the APC-R Mini on your gimbal will allow for multiple control options over the network, straight from the live control room:
    - USB Gaming Joysticks
    - Middle Remote
    - BitFocus Companion
    - TCP Access with the SDK/API
  • Save Position Presets: You can save custom camera position presets and recall them later. And if you use Blackmagic cameras along with an ATEM switcher, you can even store a custom White Balance/ISO/Iris/Shutter/Tint preset in addition to the Pan/Tilt/Roll/Zoom status of the gimbal. If you use an MFT lens, you can also save the lens Focus distance.
  • Wireless Camera Control with an ATEM: In addition to the built-in Ethernet port that offers a wired control solution, you can use the built-in Wi-Fi receiver to control the gimbal and camera completely wirelessly. For instance, you can bring a Wi-Fi repeater very close to the stage, and have a steadicam operator moving around freely while controlling the camera remotely, using our Middle Control software or the Blackmagic ATEM Software Control. When the ethernet cable is disconnected, the APC-R Mini will automatically switch to Wi-Fi within a few seconds. The wireless range will depend on your ATEM router. Better router, better range. The built-in Tally quickly lets you see if your camera is currently On Air or in Preview, and its brightness can be adjusted within the Middle Control Software.
  • Easy to Use Software: Middle Control for Mac OS allows you to control all your gimbal & cameras. You can connect USB Joysticks controllers, the Middle Remote, map camera & gimbal settings to any joystick button or axis and create custom position presets.   • BitFocus Companion Support: The APC-R Mini can be controlled using a Streamdeck through BitFocus companion. With a Streamdeck, you can not only control, adjust, and monitor camera and gimbal settings, but also save and recall presets, rename presets, create custom pages, and use data from the gimbal and camera as variables for other Companion integrations.
  • Multiple Gimbals Support: You can control up to 8 different gimbals / cameras using our system. You can control all of the gimbals & cameras using the same joystick, but you need to attach one APC-R Mini to each camera you want to control.
